Key Responsibilities
- Manage and direct incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Maintain an organized filing system, both physical and digital, for important documents and records.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff as required.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests, providing a welcoming and professional front office experience.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, data entry, and expense report preparation.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments and staff members.
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and report any malfunctions.
- Assist in organizing company events, workshops, or internal gatherings.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar clerical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
