Job Description

As an Office Cleaner, you will be the backbone of our operational hygiene, working diligently to maintain impeccable standards across various areas. Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing surfaces in offices, hallways, and common areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms thoroughly, replenishing soap, toilet paper, and other supplies as needed.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish in designated areas, adhering to recycling policies where applicable.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to ensure a streak-free appearance.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchenettes, staff break rooms, and other shared facilities, including wiping down counters, sinks, and appliances.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues, damages, or necessary repairs observed during cleaning tasks.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained, stored, and used safely and effectively.
- Follow health and safety regulations and company cleaning protocols at all times.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleaning initiatives as required.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a thorough approach to cleaning tasks.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete assigned duties.
- Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong work ethic.
- Basic understanding of cleaning products, chemicals, and equipment.

- Residency in or near Semonkong, Maseru.
