Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming offices, hallways, and common areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring they are well-stocked with supplies.
- Empty trash cans and recycling bins, ensuring proper waste disposal.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchenettes and break areas, including sinks, countertops, and appliances.
- Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks as required.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
