Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of all office areas, common rooms, and corridors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring all fixtures are sparkling and supplies are replenished.
- Empty waste bins and recycling containers, ensuring proper waste disposal.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions.
- Wipe down and disinfect surfaces, door handles, and frequently touched areas to maintain hygiene standards.
- Clean and maintain kitchenettes, including sinks, countertops, and appliances.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners safely and efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or hazards observed during the shift to management.
- Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are stored securely and maintained in good working condition.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Work independently and manage time effectively to complete all tasks within the designated night shift hours.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliability and punctuality are paramount.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and prolonged standing.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, and their safe use.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations pertinent to cleaning.
Preferred Qualifications
