Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and dusting of all assigned office areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms thoroughly, ensuring all fixtures are gleaming and supplies are fully stocked.
- Empty waste bins and recycling containers, managing waste disposal efficiently and hygienically.
- Clean interior windows, glass partitions, and mirrors to a streak-free finish.
- Wipe down and disinfect all high-touch surfaces, including desks, tables, doorknobs, light switches, and shared equipment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas such as the reception, hallways, meeting rooms, and kitchenettes.
- Monitor cleaning supplies inventory, reporting needs to management well in advance to prevent shortages.
- Adhere strictly to all company health and safety regulations and established cleaning protocols.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues, damages, or potential hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly used, stored, and maintained in good working condition.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in commercial or office cleaning, demonstrating an understanding of professional cleaning standards.
