Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize physical and digital filing systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and easy retrieval of documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely and appropriate routing.
  • Perform accurate data entry, update various databases, and maintain comprehensive records.
  • Prepare and format a variety of documents, reports, presentations, and other administrative materials using office software.
  • Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, coordinating with suppliers and placing orders as needed to ensure continuous availability.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars for team members.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, contributing to the smooth daily operations of the office.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
