Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize physical and digital files, ensuring accuracy and easy retrieval.
- Perform data entry tasks, updating databases and spreadsheets with critical information.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required by various departments.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for senior staff.
- Provide general administrative support to colleagues and visitors.
- Operate and maintain office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, and printers.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and professional.
- Support HR and accounting departments with basic administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
