Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records according to established procedures.
- Retrieve documents and information efficiently as requested by staff and management.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all sensitive information and proprietary documents.
- Assist with scanning, photocopying, and collating documents for various departments.
- Index and categorize documents systematically for easy retrieval and future reference.
- Perform regular audits and clean-ups of filing systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Support general office administrative tasks, including data entry and mail distribution, as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and accessible filing area and workstation.
Required Skills
