Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring accuracy and easy retrieval of documents.
- Sort, categorize, and file incoming and outgoing correspondence, invoices, reports, and other critical business records.
- Assist in scanning, indexing, and archiving documents to ensure compliance with company policies and data retention schedules.
- Perform regular audits of filing systems to identify and rectify misfiled or missing documents.
- Manage document retrieval requests efficiently and confidentially from various departments.
- Support general office administration tasks, including photocopying, binding, and preparing documents.
- Ensure the strict confidentiality and security of all sensitive company information and records.
- Assist with the migration of paper records to digital formats where applicable and appropriate.
