Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain general cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including reception areas, workstations, and common spaces, ensuring a professional and hygienic environment.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing documents, and accurate data entry to support various departments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution to recipients and dispatch of outgoing correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, including monitoring stock levels, reordering when necessary, and organizing storage areas efficiently.
  • Run errands as required, such as making bank deposits, delivering important documents, or purchasing essential office supplies.
  • Prepare meeting rooms and ensure they are tidy, organized, and equipped with necessary materials before and after all scheduled meetings.
  • Provide hospitality to visitors and clients, including greeting them warmly and offering refreshments when appropriate.
  • Support senior staff with ad-hoc requests and special projects to ensure smooth workflow and contribute to overall team objectives.
  • Operate and maintain office equipment, such as photocopiers and printers, reporting any malfunctions promptly for repair.
