Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our dedicated team in Khukhune, Butha-Buthe. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with bank policies.
- Manage office supplies inventory, procure necessary items, and maintain records of purchases.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, repairs, and facility management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and physical mail.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff as needed.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring data security and easy retrieval.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing workstations and necessary resources.
- Support HR functions such as record-keeping, leave management, and coordinating staff events.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by management.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized office environment conducive to productivity.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external queries, directing them appropriately.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Manager.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Sesotho.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively without supervision.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
