Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow for all departments.
  • Manage the office budget, track expenses, and coordinate procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for facility maintenance, utilities, and vendor relationships.
  • Support HR functions including assisting with new staff onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating training.
  • Organise and manage company events, meetings, workshops, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain office policies, procedures, and systems to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including mail, emails, and phone calls, directing queries appropriately.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as an Office Manager or in a similar senior administrative role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, capable of interacting effectively at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resourceful and proactive problem-solver with a meticulous approach to tasks.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
