Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and deliver documents, packages, and other items to designated locations promptly and securely.
  • Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and collections, including recipient signatures and timestamps.
  • Plan and optimize daily routes to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
  • Handle cash or cheques during deliveries and ensure proper reconciliation.
  • Communicate effectively with office staff regarding delivery status, potential delays, or issues.
  • Ensure the safety and confidentiality of all sensitive documents.
  • Perform general office support tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing, as needed.
  • Assist with the setup and arrangement of meeting rooms.
  • Procure office supplies and other necessary items as instructed.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding safety and privacy.
  • Represent Career.zycto professionally and courteously during all external interactions.
