Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general office errands, including collecting and delivering documents, mail, and packages to various locations within St. James and Mokhotlong town.
  • Manage and organize office supplies, including monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring supplies are readily available for all staff.
  • Provide essential administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing physical and digital documents.
  • Assist with basic office maintenance, ensuring the workspace remains tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, greeting them courteously and directing them appropriately.
  • Support the coordination of meetings and events by assisting with setup, refreshments, and necessary materials.
  • Operate and maintain office equipment like printers, copiers, and fax machines, reporting any malfunctions promptly.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence with professionalism and discretion.

Required Skills

  • Valid driver's license (Category B minimum) with a clean driving record, essential for local errands.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality.
  • Good verbal communication skills in English and Sesotho.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry moderate loads when transporting supplies or documents.
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills for managing documents and simple inventories.

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent (LGCSE/COSC).
