Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and ordering new supplies as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including sorting mail, preparing documents for dispatch, and managing email inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating logistical arrangements for internal events.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems, ensuring quick retrieval of information.
- Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, acting as the first point of contact for the office.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents using various office software.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required to support daily operations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Sesotho.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
