Key Responsibilities
- Manage and direct incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure the office environment is well-stocked and tidy.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain various databases.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Operate and maintain office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately, maintaining a professional front office.
- Assist with basic HR administrative tasks like maintaining employee records and onboarding documentation.
