Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced field personnel with daily operational tasks, including equipment setup, monitoring, and breakdown.
- Learn and strictly adhere to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, digging, cleaning, and general site maintenance.
- Assist with the inspection and maintenance of tools, equipment, and vehicles.
- Support logistics operations, including loading and unloading materials and supplies.
- Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a proactive safety culture.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
