Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment in full compliance with local health and safety regulations.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Chef in a professional restaurant kitchen.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP or similar).
