Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person at our Stockton office.
  • Provide comprehensive information on telecom products and services, including mobile, internet, and landline solutions.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues such as internet connectivity problems, mobile network concerns, and equipment malfunctions.
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries, payment processing, account changes, and service upgrades/downgrades.
  • Educate customers on self-service options and features available to enhance their service experience.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical support teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services based on customer needs.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure data privacy and service quality.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications
