Career.zycto is looking for a dedicated and proactive On-site HR Officer to become an integral part of our Company Department team located in the vibrant heart of Downtown Bentonville. As our HR Officer, you will serve as a key point of contact for employees and management, providing expert advice and support on HR-related matters. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, for various company department roles.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general employment matters.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management processes, including annual reviews, goal setting, and performance improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR information systems.
- Facilitate employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Coordinate and deliver HR training programs for employees and managers.
- Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive company culture.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 30 months of experience in a dedicated HR role
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
- Experience with talent acquisition and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of Arkansas state labor laws
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment
- Experience in a departmental HR role within a growing organization
