Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize physical and electronic files, ensuring accuracy and easy retrieval.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and packages.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and providing information as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary, and ensuring proper stock levels.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments and staff members.
  • Operate office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, and fax machines.
  • Ensure the reception area and common office spaces are tidy and presentable.
  • Support with data entry tasks and database management.
  • Assist in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
