Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, selections, and purchases.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately, handling cash, card, and other payment methods.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stockroom, and checkout areas.
- Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are well-presented and appropriately priced.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and tagging merchandise.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and courteously, escalating when necessary.
