Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner.
- Actively listen to customer needs and provide expert product recommendations tailored to their preferences.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing storefront, including merchandising and restocking shelves.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage returns/exchanges with a positive attitude.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving new stock, tagging items, and conducting stock checks.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage, providing demonstrations where necessary.
- Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Stay updated on current promotions, product knowledge, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Open and close the store, ensuring all procedures are followed diligently.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service or retail sales role (minimum 6 months).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport with customers quickly and effectively.
- Basic mathematical skills and proficiency in handling cash and processing transactions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform merchandising tasks.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience with a point-of-sale (POS) system.
