Key Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment failures, leveraging deep technical understanding.

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues methodically, utilizing advanced schematics, detailed manuals, and specialized diagnostic tools.
  • Provide clear, concise, and professional communication to clients regarding repair status, technical explanations, and preventative operational measures.
  • Efficiently order and manage spare parts inventory, ensuring critical components are readily available for immediate repairs and urgent needs.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough service records, repair logs, and detailed documentation for all work performed, adhering to company standards.
  • Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and client site regulations while working on premises.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in equipment repair, encompassing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
