Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site diagnosis and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment malfunctions.
- Perform skilled repairs, replacements, and adjustments to restore equipment functionality.
- Execute preventative maintenance tasks and routine inspections to optimize equipment performance and longevity.
- Document all service and repair activities accurately, including parts used, time spent, and resolutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding service status, technical issues, and preventative measures.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies while working on client sites.
- Manage and maintain a service vehicle, tools, and spare parts inventory efficiently.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
- Continuously update knowledge of new equipment, tools, and repair techniques.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in equipment repair and maintenance (mechanical, electrical, electronic).
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid UAE Driving License and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on client sites.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electro-mechanical Engineering.
- Previous experience with specific industry equipment (e.g., HVAC, industrial machinery, IT hardware).
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations relevant to equipment repair.
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
