Key Responsibilities

- Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and readiness for new guests.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and efficiency, escalating when necessary.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with clearing tables, resetting for the next guests, and performing opening/closing duties.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a waitress or server in a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
- Punctual and reliable.
