Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing lists and inspecting for damages.
- Efficiently store products in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications, preparing them for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely and efficiently (training provided if needed).
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Prepare outbound shipments, including labeling, weighing, and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse operations.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (6+ months)
