Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all pre-boarding and onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
- Prepare and distribute offer letters, employment contracts, and other essential new hire documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new employees, addressing their queries and providing guidance during their initial weeks.
- Schedule and facilitate new hire orientation sessions, ensuring all necessary information is conveyed.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure timely setup of new employee accounts, hardware, and software access.
- Work closely with hiring managers to prepare personalised onboarding plans and ensure departmental readiness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR information system.
- Assist with the offboarding process when required, ensuring smooth transitions for departing employees.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes and resources.
- Support the wider HR team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within HR or recruitment.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
