Key Responsibilities
- Set up, launch, and monitor paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other programmatic channels.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy and optimize spend.
- Perform ongoing campaign optimization including bid management, budget allocation, ad copy testing, and landing page recommendations to improve performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
- Prepare detailed performance reports, analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
- Ensure accurate tracking and conversion setup for all campaigns using Google Tag Manager and other analytics tools.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in the online advertising landscape.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad assets are aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Manage daily budgets and pacing to ensure campaigns are on track to meet financial goals and deliver optimal results.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or similar reporting platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns to achieve specific KPIs and marketing objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholder interaction.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and effectively in a fully remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint Certifications are highly valued.
