Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive online community strategy aligned with Fidelity’s brand and business objectives.
- Actively moderate online discussions, ensuring a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for all members.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, video) that sparks conversation and adds value to the community.
- Monitor community metrics and trends, providing regular reports and actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
- Identify and engage with key influencers, brand advocates, and power users within the community.
- Respond to community inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to integrate community feedback into product development and service improvements.
- Stay current with online community best practices, tools, and emerging platforms.
- Organize and facilitate virtual events, AMAs (Ask Me Anything), and other interactive initiatives to drive engagement.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in online community management, social media management, or digital content creation.
- Proven track record of growing and engaging online communities across various platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- Proficiency with community management platforms, social media tools, and analytics software.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and customer journey mapping.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to community issues.
- Demonstrated empathy and a customer-centric mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or relevant professional certifications.
- Experience managing communities in the financial services, fintech, or technology sectors.
