In this pivotal role, you will be the heartbeat of our online presence, cultivating an engaging and supportive environment for our users, partners, and internal stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive community strategies that foster genuine connections, encourage knowledge sharing, and drive active participation across various platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive online community engagement strategies.
  • Moderate user-generated content, ensuring adherence to community guidelines and fostering a positive environment.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, articles, polls, videos) to stimulate discussions and participation.
  • Organize and execute virtual events, webinars, and Q&A sessions to connect community members.
  • Monitor community metrics, analyze trends, and report on community health, growth, and engagement.
  • Identify and engage with community advocates and influencers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for community inquiries, feedback, and support.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align community initiatives with business goals.
  • Implement and manage community platforms and tools effectively.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in online community management or social media management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of various online platforms and social media channels.
  • Ability to develop and execute engaging content strategies.
  • Proficiency in community management software and analytics tools.
