Key Responsibilities
- Actively monitor and moderate user-generated content across various platforms (forums, social media, comments sections) to ensure compliance with community guidelines and terms of service.
- Foster positive engagement and interaction within the community by responding to comments, initiating discussions, and recognizing active members.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve user conflicts and disputes calmly and professionally.
- Remove inappropriate content, spam, or abusive behavior in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and support teams to address community feedback and concerns.
- Report on community trends, user sentiment, and moderation effectiveness.
- Assist in the development and refinement of community guidelines and moderation policies.
- Stay updated with platform changes, emerging online trends, and best practices in community management.
- Proactively identify potential risks or crises within the community and escalate as necessary.
- Educate community members on guidelines and promote positive online behavior.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in online community management or content moderation (minimum 2 years).
