Job Description

ITWorx Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Online CRM Data Enrichment Specialist to join our growing team in George. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, completeness, and value of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database. You will meticulously research, verify, and update client and prospect information from various online sources, transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive our sales, marketing, and client service initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough online research to gather, verify, and enrich existing client and prospect data within the CRM system (e.g., company details, contact information, industry, social media profiles, key decision-makers).
- Identify and rectify incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate information in the CRM to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Perform data cleansing activities, including duplicate record merging and standardising data formats.
- Segment and categorise CRM data based on predefined criteria to support targeted marketing and sales campaigns.
- Monitor and maintain data quality, ensuring compliance with data governance policies and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and client service teams to understand their data needs and provide enriched data sets.
- Generate regular reports on data quality metrics and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the implementation and optimisation of CRM data enrichment tools and processes.
- Stay updated with industry best practices for data management, privacy, and CRM functionality.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in a data entry, data management, or CRM administration role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
- Excellent online research and information verification skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data manipulation.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- A relevant diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
