Job Description
Are you meticulous, tech-savvy, and passionate about data accuracy? Nyaradzo Group is seeking a dedicated Online CRM Updating and Sales Record Maintenance professional to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your home base in Gwanda, Matabeleland South Province, while contributing to our national operations. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the integrity and timeliness of our customer relationship management (CRM) system and sales databases. Your daily tasks will involve entering, updating, and verifying customer information, sales transactions, and interactions across various platforms. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work independently to maintain accurate records that are crucial for our sales, marketing, and client service teams. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our sales force by providing them with up-to-date information, enabling them to foster stronger relationships and deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer data, sales leads, and client interactions into the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or proprietary systems).
- Maintain and organise comprehensive sales records, ensuring all transactions, agreements, and communications are properly documented and easily accessible.
- Perform regular data quality checks, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective measures to ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms.
- Generate routine reports on sales activities, customer engagement, and data health, as required by management and various departments.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure CRM data supports ongoing campaigns, client outreach initiatives, and strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the development and improvement of CRM processes and data entry protocols to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide administrative support to the sales department, including scheduling follow-ups, preparing client-facing documents, and managing sales pipeline information.
- Adhere strictly to data privacy regulations (e.g., POPI Act principles) and company policies regarding sensitive customer information.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new CRM features and best practices to optimise system utilisation and contribute to continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 1 year) with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality data.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate information clearly.
- Ability to work effectively and productively in a remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation, discipline, and reliability.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management principles, and their impact on business growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a data entry, administrative, or sales support role within a financial services or customer-facing industry.
- Familiarity with data protection regulations relevant to Zimbabwe and best practices for data security.
- Experience with virtual communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet).
