Job Description
We are seeking a highly meticulous and organized individual to join our team as an Online CRM Updating and Sales Record Maintenance Specialist. This is a crucial remote role for someone who thrives on data accuracy, efficiency, and supporting a fast-paced sales environment from the comfort of their home office. You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and completeness of our customer relationship management (CRM) system and maintaining precise sales records. Your work will directly impact our sales team’s effectiveness, provide critical insights for strategic decision-making, and ensure seamless operations across various departments. This remote position requires a self-starter with exceptional attention to detail, strong data entry skills, and a solid understanding of CRM best practices. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately update and maintain customer information, lead statuses, sales activities, and communication logs within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
- Process and organize sales records, including contracts, invoices, payment schedules, and other related documentation, ensuring all data is current and easily retrievable.
- Perform regular data cleansing activities to eliminate duplicate entries, correct inaccuracies, and ensure overall data integrity within the CRM.
- Generate standard and ad-hoc reports from the CRM system to support sales analysis, marketing campaigns, and management reporting.
- Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks related to CRM usage, including creating new user profiles, setting up alerts, and providing basic system support.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with data entry standards, company policies, and data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT departments to optimize CRM usage and identify areas for process improvement.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of RLC's products and services to ensure accurate record-keeping and data classification.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM)
- Exceptional data entry speed and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) or Google Workspace
- Excellent written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely
