Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat and email channels.
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering polite, empathetic, and efficient service.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior support staff when necessary.

  • Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
