Key Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and maintain clear, concise, and accurate online documentation including user guides, API documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to gather information, validate technical content, and ensure accuracy.
- Manage the end-to-end documentation lifecycle, from content creation and editing to publishing and retirement.
- Ensure consistency in terminology, style, and tone across all documentation platforms by adhering to established style guides.
- Optimize content for searchability and usability, enhancing the overall user experience.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation processes, standards, and tools.
- Conduct periodic reviews of existing documentation to identify areas for improvement and ensure relevance.
- Translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable language for a diverse audience.
- Utilize various documentation tools and content management systems (CMS) effectively.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in technical writing, online documentation, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Zendesk Guide, MadCap Flare, Paligo).
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, concise, and engaging content.
