Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute engaging online content (text, image, video) across various digital platforms.
- Manage and grow Career.zycto's presence on major social media channels, fostering community interaction.
- Actively interact with online communities, respond to comments, messages, and foster meaningful discussions.
- Monitor online trends, competitor activities, and audience feedback to inform content strategy.
- Identify and engage with potential influencers or brand advocates to expand reach.
- Represent the Career.zycto brand authentically and professionally across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team on campaign strategies and content calendar planning.
- Track and report on online engagement metrics, campaign performance, and community growth.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (2+ years) in online community management, social media marketing, or brand ambassadorship.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Swahili.
- Strong understanding and active presence on major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok).
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
- Ability to create compelling, audience-specific, and shareable content.
- Analytical skills to track engagement, interpret data, and identify digital trends.
- Proactive, self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
