Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow and retain our online membership community.
- Actively engage with members across various digital platforms (forums, social media, email newsletters, private groups) to foster interaction and discussion.
- Monitor community health, identify key trends, address concerns, and manage potential conflicts with tact and professionalism.
- Create and curate engaging content (e.g., polls, Q&As, exclusive articles, events) specifically for our online members.
- Analyze community engagement data and provide regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with marketing, editorial, and product teams to integrate community feedback into content and feature development.
- Organize and facilitate online events, webinars, or meetups to enhance member value and connection.
- Develop and enforce community guidelines to ensure a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in online community management.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in online community management, social media management, or digital content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone for various audiences.
- Strong understanding of online community platforms, social media channels, and engagement tactics.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and report on community performance.
