Job Description

As an Online Membership Community Manager for Career.zycto, you will be the heart and soul of our burgeoning digital ecosystem, responsible for cultivating a vibrant, supportive, and highly engaged online community. You will craft compelling engagement strategies, develop interactive content such as polls, Q&As, and discussions, and curate relevant resources to enrich our members’ experience. This includes initiating conversations, responding to member inquiries with thoughtful solutions, resolving conflicts diplomatically, and actively listening to feedback to continuously improve the member experience and platform functionality. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive community engagement strategies to foster a thriving online membership.
  • Curate and create compelling content (discussions, polls, articles, events) tailored to community interests.
  • Actively moderate community discussions, ensuring a safe, respectful, and productive environment.
  • Monitor community health, identify trends, and analyze engagement metrics to inform strategy.
  • Respond to member inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues effectively and empathetically.
  • Organize and facilitate virtual events, workshops, and networking opportunities for members.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, product) to align community initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Identify and nurture community advocates and super-users to amplify engagement.
  • Gather member feedback and translate insights into actionable recommendations for platform and content improvements.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years experience in online community management or social media management.
  • Proven ability to build, grow, and engage online communities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong grasp of online etiquette.
  • Demonstrated empathy, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with community platforms, CRM tools, and digital communication channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and report on community performance.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working autonomously in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications
