Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack online orders according to company standards and customer specifications.
- Inspect products for quality, ensuring they are free from damage and defects before packaging.
- Select appropriate packaging materials and methods to ensure product safety and presentation during transit.
- Generate shipping labels, attach them correctly to packages, and organize finished orders for daily pickups by various couriers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing station and surrounding work area at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels of packing supplies (boxes, tape, bubble wrap, etc.) and report replenishment needs to management proactively.
- Assist with receiving incoming inventory, checking for discrepancies, and stocking new products neatly in designated locations.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and operational policies to ensure a secure workplace.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, including warehouse staff and dispatch, to meet daily order fulfillment targets and deadlines.
- Provide feedback on packaging processes to continuously improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple orders.
- Basic computer literacy for label generation and order processing software.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry up to 15 kg regularly throughout the shift.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong, consistent work ethic.
- Effective verbal communication skills for team collaboration.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (6+ months) in a warehousing, packaging, e-commerce fulfillment, or retail role.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or handheld scanners.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Fluency in Portuguese (verbal and written) for clear communication within the team.
