Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive online sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, specialized job boards, social media, GitHub, etc.).
- Conduct in-depth screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and engaging experience throughout the process.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand specific role requirements and strategic hiring initiatives.
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and talent landscape analysis to internal teams and clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Continuously research and implement innovative recruitment tools and techniques to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Career.zycto, promoting our values and opportunities to potential candidates.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in online talent sourcing and full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a remote setting.
- Proficiency with various online sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-ray search).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a distributed team.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- A deep understanding of recruitment best practices and employment law.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting for tech, sales, marketing, or executive roles.
- Certifications in recruitment or talent acquisition.
