Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough online research on a variety of topics relevant to the banking and financial services industry, including market trends, competitor analysis, customer behavior, regulatory changes, and technological advancements.
- Utilize search engines, academic databases, industry reports, news articles, social media, and other online resources to gather accurate and relevant data.
- Evaluate the credibility and reliability of information sources to ensure data integrity.
- Synthesize complex information from multiple sources into clear, concise, and well-structured reports, summaries, and presentations.
- Identify key trends, patterns, and insights from research data to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of research briefs, literature reviews, and other documentation as required.
- Maintain an organized system for tracking and storing research materials and findings.
- Collaborate remotely with various internal teams and stakeholders to understand research needs and deliver tailored insights.
- Stay updated on the latest online research tools, techniques, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Online Research Assistant or similar role.
- Exceptional internet research skills and proficiency with various search engines and online databases.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
