Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage online reservations accurately and efficiently across various digital channels.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone regarding bookings, availability, and services.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all reservations, cancellations, and modifications within the reservation system.
  • Provide detailed information about services, pricing, and special offers to potential and existing clients.
  • Assist clients with special requests and resolve any booking-related issues or discrepancies with a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences and operational coordination.
  • Monitor online reviews and feedback related to reservations and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports as required by management.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and general internet navigation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
