Key Responsibilities

  • Process and confirm online reservations accurately and efficiently across various platforms.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding bookings, availability, and services via email, chat, and phone.
  • Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests with precision and professionalism.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate booking records in relevant reservation management systems.
  • Provide comprehensive information about services, policies, and procedures to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any booking-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Monitor online booking platforms, ensuring all information is current and correct.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing improvements to enhance reservation processes and customer experience.
