You will utilise our CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and contribute to our overall sales objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via email, chat, and phone to answer product inquiries, provide recommendations, and close sales.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any related issues.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product catalogue and services to effectively address customer needs.
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to maximise revenue and enhance customer value.
  • Update and maintain customer records and sales activities within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand current promotions and campaigns, and integrate them into sales conversations.
  • Provide exceptional post-sale support, handling returns, exchanges, and customer feedback professionally.
  • Contribute to team sales targets and participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an online sales or customer service role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and general office applications (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home-based environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
