Key Responsibilities
- Develop and write engaging, conversion-focused copy for all online store products, including food items, merchandise, gift cards, and special promotions.

- Collaborate closely with the e-commerce, marketing, and design teams to ensure copy is integrated effectively with visual elements and overall campaign goals.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices in all copy to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic to the online store.
- Proofread and edit all content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Analyze content performance metrics and apply insights to optimize future copy for better engagement and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices in e-commerce copywriting, and competitor activities to continually refine content strategies.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of professional copywriting experience, with a significant focus on e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating successful online store copy, product descriptions, and promotional content.
- Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and how to integrate keywords naturally into compelling copy.
- Ability to adapt writing style and tone to suit various digital platforms and target audiences.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and project management tools.
