Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct basic data validation and cleaning to maintain high data quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with respondents to clarify questions or provide technical assistance when required.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and data security protocols for all collected information.
  • Compile and organize survey data for analysis, potentially generating basic reports or summaries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand survey objectives and contribute to questionnaire development.
  • Provide regular updates on survey progress and completion rates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Adhere to all company policies and ethical guidelines regarding data collection and privacy.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in using online tools and digital platforms (e.g., survey software, web browsers, communication apps).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sesotho.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining data confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience (6+ months) in data entry, administrative support, or online survey administration.
