Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and audience analysis to determine learning objectives and appropriate instructional strategies.
- Design and develop engaging online course content, including interactive exercises, simulations, videos, and assessments, using various authoring tools.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather content, validate accuracy, and ensure alignment with learning outcomes.
- Create detailed storyboards, scripts, and design documents for e-learning modules.
- Implement adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) into all training materials.
- Integrate multimedia elements, graphics, and animations to enhance the learning experience.
- Review and edit course content for clarity, accuracy, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Work closely with multimedia developers and graphic designers to ensure visual consistency and high-quality production.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement continuous improvements based on feedback and analytics.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in online learning and instructional design.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Online Training Curriculum Designer or Instructional Designer.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and course deployment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into easily understandable and engaging content.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.
