As an Online English Tutor, you will play a crucial role in empowering students from diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels to achieve their English language goals. This includes improving grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading comprehension, writing skills, and conversational fluency.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and effective one-on-one or small group online English tutoring sessions for English speakers.
- Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials based on student needs, goals, and current proficiency levels.
- Provide constructive feedback on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, writing, and conversational skills.
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching methodologies as required to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
- Maintain a positive, patient, and encouraging learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents (if applicable), and Career.zycto support staff.
- Stay updated with best practices in English language teaching and online education.
- Ensure timely and accurate record-keeping of tutoring sessions and student progress.
- Utilize online teaching platforms and tools efficiently to deliver high-quality instruction.
Required Skills
- Native-level proficiency in English.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in teaching English as a foreign language or to native speakers requiring advanced skill development.
- Excellent understanding of English grammar, syntax, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
- Strong pedagogical skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to various learning styles.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using online conferencing and learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
